MultiKultur was established in 1994 by Mr. Rafael Bujara and Ms. Monika Supernok. Our agency is a member of the internationally accepted aupair organisation IAPA since 2000.
We are placing foreign girls and boys as aupairs in Germany and German aupairs in European countries and in the USA. Moreover, we run a Working Holiday program in Australia and New Zealand and we place volunteer workers in South Africa, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina and India. We co-operate with partner agencies from all over the world. Annually we place more than 800 aupairs in German hostfamilies and prepare more than 450 young German people to their stay abroad.
We are available for our aupairs/ clients during their entire stay. In important cases they can also contact us outside business hours. Our team organizes interesting au pair meetings every month like for example a two day trip to Paris, ice skating, a trip to the Loreley, childcare courses and a lot more.
The MultiKultur head-office is situated in the city of Cologne (western part of Germany). Our staff know many different foreign languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Slovene and a little Czech and Slovak. This foreign language competence helps us to establish a quicker and better contact to our aupairs and partner agencies.
Our team consists of young, friendly and flexible employees, some of whom have finished a pedagogic education and/or have already spent one year as an aupair or volunteer worker abroad. Our team is divided into two departments: One group is responsible for hostfamilies in Germany and their aupairs (incoming program), the other one for German girls and boys who are interested in going abroad (outgoing programs).
Since 1994 we have gained extensive experience and have managed to become one of the most important private aupair agencies in Germany. MultiKultur is a professional agency with a good reputation in Germany and in a lot of other countries. We owe this reputation also to our foreign partners, who select and prepare our aupairs. In return we guarantee our partner agencies well selected German hostfamilies, a competent co-operation and a good support service for the aupairs during their entire stay in Germany. We guarantee professional work, qualified and well informed applicants as well as highly dedicated employees.
If you have further questions or are interested in co-operation, please feel free to contact us. We will certainly be at your disposal.
